Lincoln is announcing its second COVID-19 coronavirus related death on Thursday.
Mayor Leirion Gaylor Baird and the Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department say the Capital City's second coronavirus death occurred earlier this week.
Forty-three more lab-confirmed cases of COVID-19 have also been reported in Lincoln on Thursday. The total number of coronavirus cases in Lincoln is now 509.
