An abbreviated Berkshire Hathaway annual shareholders meeting will take place this weekend.
The usual festivities, which draw about 40-thousand visitors to Omaha from all over the country, have been cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Berkshire CEO Warren Buffett and vice-chairman of Berkshire's non-insurance operations Greg Abel will hold a question and answer session, which will be streamed on Yahoo.com starting Saturday at 3:00 p.m. Central Time.
Berkshire will also release its first-quarter earnings report Saturday. The online meeting will be broadcast by Yahoo Finance, so shareholders can watch.
