A man is dead after an officer involved shooting in Blair Wednesday night. Police say just before 10:00 officers and Washington County Sheriff's deputies went to a home near 11th and Adams Street to investigate a domestic disturbance.
Once inside the house, Blair Police say they were confronted by a man armed with a rifle. During a confrontation police say the man was shot and later died at the hospital in Blair.
The man's name has not been released and the Nebraska State Patrol will be investigating the shooting.
