Vandals Create More Heartache For Omaha Small Business Owner

There is more frustration for one Omaha small business owner already with having to close down during the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.

Arlan Peak tells 6 News his Midtown Crossing barbershop needs to replace two big windows that he believes were damage by vandals.

"It's vandalism. It looks like someone took a hammer and hit the window," Peak says. "It hurts. I'm not making any money because we've been closed for three weeks. It puts a strain on the family and a strain on everything."

Peak says it will cost $1,200 to replace the windows and he's unsure when he will be able to cut hair again.
