OMAHA, Nebraska - Nebraska Medicine reports that virtual town hall meetings continue for the fifteen people being monitored for coronavirus. Officials say that spirits remain high and requests continue to be met. All remain stable and some may be able to leave quarantine next week.
Retesting is scheduled for a few of those in quarantine. If they show no symptoms and continue to improve, preliminary plan are in place for them to leave Monday, March 2nd.
There are more than 83,000 cases in more than 50 countries. 2,867 people have died. There have been no deaths in the U.S. but 60 confirmed cases. 8,400 people are being monitored.
