OMAHA, Nebraska - A woman is facing charges after a man was stabbed around 11 Wednesday morning near 48th and Boyd.
Officers were called after a man reported that the mother of his child showed up at his home. He told police that Sherliecka Tyson started throwing his property from the second floor apartment window and then armed herself with a knife.
The man tried to run but Tyson gave chase and eventually the man was cut. He declined treatment from medics at the scene.
Police then located Tyson who was booked for domestic violence felony assault, use of a weapon to commit a felony, child neglect and destruction of property.
