LINCOLN, Nebraska - A Nebraska State Patrol trooper spotted a pickup driving on the shoulder on I-80 near Kearney around 1 a.m. Thursday. The trooper noticed some unusual activity and searched the vehicle.
The Patrol says hidden behind the driver's side dashboard was 10 packages of meth that weighed about 11 pounds.
Hector Diaz Perez and Abel Perez Valdivia, both from California were booked for possession of methamphetamine and possession with intent to deliver. Both are in the Buffalo County Jail.
