OMAHA, Nebraska - Update: Michael Reilly is charged with three counts of manufacturing child pornography. A Class D felony carries anywhere from three to 50 years in prison.
Reilly is also charged with three counts of possession of child pornography and the penalty is up to 20 years if convicted.
He is also charged with three counts of unlawful intrusion and the penalty is up to 2 years in prison on each count if convicted. .
Douglas County Attorney Don Kleine tells 6 News that no students had been identified as potential victims. However, the investigation continues.
A Westside School District elementary teacher is facing 9 charges with six linked to child pornography.
6 News reports that Michael Reilly was recently arrested. Reilly teaches 6th grade at Westgate Elementary School and currently is on administrative leave.
Westside sent a letter to parents that states Omaha Police do not have reason to believe there are victims at the elementary school or in the Westside District.
The investigation continues.
