Omaha Police say a teenager injured by gunfire early Friday morning has died. Officers were called to 43rd and Laurel shortly before 2 a.m.
They arrived to find 17 year old Gary Marshall seated in the front seat of a vehicle with a gunshot wound to the head.
He was taken to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead. Police say two juveniles at the scene were take in for questioning.
Police say the investigation is still in its early stages but investigators are not searching for any suspects.
