An Omaha man is recovering after he was shot inside his house near 37th and Pacific in the Field Club neighborhood Sunday night.
43-year-old John Swenson told officers that a man wearing all black entered his house, demanded property and then shot him.
Police say the gunman then fled in a gold minivan. Paramedics transported Swenson to the Nebraska Medical Center with a non-life threatening injury.
