A 47 year old Omaha man is sentenced to 186 months in prison for possession with intent to distribute five grams or more of methamphetamine. The United States Attorney's Office reports that Mark Davis will serve four years of supervised release following his release from prison.
Davis was pulled over on January 28, 2019 for operating a vehicle with a defective driver's side brake light. Officers reported spotting a digital scale in the vehicle. A search was conducted and 57 grams of methamphetamine was eventually recovered.
Omaha Police Department conducted the investigation. Davis will serve four years of supervised release following his release from prison.
