A judge has granted a delay in the trial of 28 year old Joshua Keadle. He is accused of first degree murder in the death of 19 year old Tyler "Ty" Thomas in 2010. Thomas was last seen leaving a party near the campus. Her body has not been found.
Keadle's trial was set to start September 16th. His attorney asked for more time to prepare and that time was granted. No new date has been set for the trial. The trial was moved from Nemaha County to Gage County.
Keadle is currently serving a 15 to 20 year sentence for the sexual assault of a 15 year old Fremont girl.
