Omaha Police made an arrest in connection to a shooting at 12th and Harney on June 15th.
22 year old Mandrell Swiney was booked on 1st degree assault, use of a weapon to commit a felony, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and CCW - 2nd offense.
The shooting happened just before 2 a.m. Officers located an adult male victim with a gunshot wound. He was taken to a hospital with in serious condition and is expected to recover.
