The Boys and Girls Club of the Midlands is closed today after a mixture of two pool chemicals caused a "serious reaction". The incident happened Wednesday morning.Omaha Fire Department's Hazmat team did put up caution tape around the club at 22nd and P after the incident.
The building remains closed as hazmat continues to monitor the air quality. The club could remain closed tomorrow as well depending the outcome.
Omaha Police assisted by restricting access to the area around the club.The investigation continues.
