A man is sentenced to 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to coercion and enticement of a minor.
Council Bluffs police received a call in 2018 from the parent who thought 31 year old Andrew Newport had been talking with her 13 year old daughter through social media.
An undercover police officer took over the conversation where Newport suggested sex for cash. A meeting was set and Newport was arrested.
