Bond is set at $50,000 for a 77 year old man charged with sexually assault of a child.
Michael Godfrey is a violin instructor and the victim claims the assault happened in August of 2012. She was a student of Godfrey's and is now 14 years old. The accusation surfaced when the girl was having a discussion with a therapist.
Godfrey's preliminary hearing is set for August 12th.
