An Omaha family is asking for the public's help in finding 50 year old Shawn McWilliams. He was last seen at 3:45 a.m. last Wednesday morning. His girlfriend, Deb Warneke tells 6 News that he had gone for a drive due to anxiety. He texted her at 4 a.m. saying he may drive to Lincoln. That was the last message Warneke says he sent. McWilliams’s cellphone last pinged at 72nd and Jones.
McWilliams suffers from Type-1 diabetes and does not have his insulin with him. He was last seen driving a blue Ford pickup. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
