Husker recruit and UNL freshman Charles Wan'Dale Robinson was cited for possession marijuana. This happened around 11:30 p.m. Sunday.
University of Nebraska Police was called to University Suites after a community service officer smelled marijuana coming from Robinson's room. Officers made contact with Robinson and that led to a search of his vehicle. Marijuana was found inside.
Robinson's court date is set for July 9th.
The University of Nebraska Athletic Department released this statement:
"We are aware of the situation and are addressing it."
