A motorcycle and a car collided around 2:30 p.m. Sunday afternoon near 80th and Maple.
Omaha Police say the motorcycle was eastbound when a car pulled out of a driveway near an intersection. The motorcycle hit the driver's side rear door.
The motorcyclist, 30 year old Zachary McCauley of Omaha was taken to a hospital with serious injuries. He was wearing a helmet.
Omaha Police say charges are pending against McCauley. Speed and Impairment are possible factors.
