Update:
Authorities have identified the man killed this morning in a workplace accident at "A Quick Dump" in Papillion as 65 year old Michael P. Hannon of Omaha.
Hannon was found dead at the business near 3rd and Ames Street around 10 a.m. Thursday.
Hannon was alone and working on a tractor when it unexpectedly lurched forward, crushing him under a rear tire.
Hannon was pronounced dead at the scene. Papillion Police and OSHA are investigating the accident.
