Three men are behind bars after posting weed for sale on the internet.
Lincoln Police say just after 9:00 Thursday night, investigators learned that two men were advertising marijuana for sale on social media, and that one of the men had a warrant for his arrest.
When officers went to find the men, investigators could smell marijuana coming from the apartment they were in. They knocked on the door for several minutes before eighteen year old Cardarfie Miles surrendered and was arrested for his warrant.
Investigators got a search warrant at the apartment and located a loaded 9mm handgun with an extended magazine, 35 individually packaged bags of marijuana, a scale, and baggies. Miles was also arrested for Possession with Intent to Deliver and Possession of a Firearm with a Felony Drug Violation.
Twenty year olds Zyshonne Burnett and Jacorius Brunt were also arrested for Possession with Intent to Deliver and Possession of a Firearm with a Felony Drug Violation.
