Two people died following a crash on Interstate 80 near the Utica exit late Friday morning.
According to the Seward County Sheriff’s Office, a pickup truck was eastbound on 80 around 11:00 when the driver lost control and went across the median. The truck collided head-on with a westbound semi.
Authorities said two people in the pickup have died from injuries sustained in the crash. The driver of the semi was taken to a Seward hospital with head injuries. The crash remains under investigation.
