An Omaha man accused of randomly shooting at people had bond set Wednesday at $1 million.
Police believe Prezident Mickens shot a man walking in the Miller Park area the evening of October 15th. They say he then shot another man in the same area the next morning and then shot at a third man on the 19th.
Mickens is also accused of threatening people at Westroads Mall. Investigators say the victims all described a similar vehicle which helped them connect the crimes.
Mickens' mother said her son suffers from mental illness.
