An Endangered Missing Advisory has been cancelled for two children reported missing from Sidney, Nebraska on October 6th. The cancellation stated that the children have been found safe in Utah.
They are identified as one year old Franklin Blakely and two year old Stanley Skidmore. The children are believed to be with 45 year old Donald Winslow and 24 year old Cherokee Blakely.
The Endangered Missing Advisory was issued by the Nebraska State Patrol after the Sidney Police Department believed the children might be endangered.
