Omaha Police say an Omaha woman was killed in a two car crash around 9:45 Monday morning near 42nd and Grover. She is identified as 25 year old Patricia Leahy.
Investigators say Leahy was driving a Honda Civic west on Grover when it was struck by a northbound Kia Sedona, driven by 24 year old Tahjelle Jeffries.
Witnesses told police that the Kia ran a red light and struck Leahy's car. She was transported to the hospital with CPR in progress and pronounced dead.
Jeffries was treated for neck pain.
