One man suffered serious injuries during a weekend drive-by shooting.
Omaha Police say just before 5:00 Saturday afternoon, 35 year old Rodney Walker was shot while sitting in a car near 37th and Meredith. Walker was taken to the Nebraska Medicine with serious injuries that are not considered life-threatening.
Police on scene said that both parties involved were known gang members and that they believed the shooting was more personal than a gang-related crime.
The suspect vehicle is described as a brown Monte Carlo or Chevy Caprice.
The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information should call Crime Stoppers at 402-444-STOP.
