A Bellevue teenager was killed in a four vehicle crash just before noon Monday on JFK near Q Street. Investigators say 18 year old Amanda Kost was driving northbound in the inside lane near the Q Street exit when her car began to fishtail.
Her car then collided with a car pulled over on the shoulder, which led to a chair reaction crash with two other vehicles. Police say the other three vehicles had been traveling together and stopped on the outside shoulder due to a mechanical problem with one of them.
Kost was taken to the hospital, but did not survive. The other three drivers were not injured.
