An Omaha man is facing charges after a single-vehicle crash that sent him to the hospital.
Omaha Police say just before 3:30 Sunday morning officers were called to 30th & Binney for a single vehicle personal injury crash. A 2003 Honda CR-V, driven by 21 year old James Gatluak, was southbound on 30th Street when the SUV left the roadway and struck a retaining wall and power pole on the west side of the street.
Gatluak was ejected from the vehicle and was transported to Nebraska Medicine with a broken leg.
Alcohol and excessive speed are being investigated as contributing factors and charges are pending against Gatluak.
