Former Governor Dave Heineman joined us to talk about why Nebraskans should probably vote against expanding Medicaid. A successful petition drive placed the question of expanding Medicaid on the November ballot, but Heineman warns of problems with the financing and how it could lead to some draconian cuts to other state services and agencies that could also cause higher income and property taxes.
