Thursday's deadly accident on Highway 370 and 42nd Street remains under investigation. Bellevue police say that a Mercury Grand Marquis was traveling westbound on Highway 370 when an eastbound Chevrolet Sierra turned north onto 42nd street. The two vehicles collided just before 5 p.m.
88 year old Raymond Mills was driving the Mercury. He later died at a hospital.
The driver of the Sierra, 54 year old Leslie Sharp suffered minor injuries.
A third vehicle was also hit. That driver, 37 year old Curtis Hammeh was treated at the scene.
No citations have been issued.
