The Sarpy County Sheriff's Department has identified the man killed Monday afternoon when his car collided with two other vehicles near 84th and Platteview.
63 year old Kevin Lingren of Malvern, Iowa was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. Investigators said Lingren turned left onto 84th from Platteview in front of a black Chevrolet Traverse, which was travelling north bound on 84th Street.
Lingren's vehicle was struck in the driver’s side door area. A third vehicle, a black Chevrolet Cruze, was travelling south bound on 84th Street and was also struck due to the impact of the initial accident.
The two other drivers were not injured. The crash remains under investigation.
