Lincoln Police have made another arrest for indecent exposure, the second in less than a week.
On Tuesday, a 54 year old woman reported that she was walking with her 55 year old friend near 13th and E Street when a naked man approached them.
The naked man, 39 year old Gene Michaud Jr., continued to approach the women, and out of fear the two ran away and called police. When officers found Michaud near 14th and B Street he was still nude.
Michaud was arrested for Indecent Exposure and Failure to Comply.
