Following a proclamation from President Donald Trump, Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts is ordering that all United States and Nebraska flags be flown at half-staff on Tuesday. The proclamation is to honor the five journalists killed at the Capital Gazette offices in Annapolis, Maryland last week.
