An 11 year old child has died after being pulled from a La Vista swimming pool last month. Rescue crews responded to a call about an unresponsive child at the Cimarron Terrace Apartments on June 23. The child died on Monday.
Ralston units responded and CPR was administered on the scene to the boy. The Sarpy County Sheriff's Office said they have been monitoring the boy's condition while he received treatment in the hospital, but he passed away despite all efforts made.
The child's name is still being withheld at this time.
