Girl Reports Attempted Kidnapping In Lincoln

Lincoln Police are on the hunt for a man who attempted to abduct a young girl.

On Monday, a fourteen year old girl reported that she was walking near Sequoia Drive and S 32nd Street when a black sedan approached her. She told officers the driver said he had kids at home he wanted her to play with.

The man then got out of the car, grabbed the girl’s arm and tried to pull her towards the car. The victim kicked the man and ran away.

The girl then saw a woman taking trash out nearby and asked for help. She described the man as a white male, with white hair, stubbly beard, wearing a black sweatshirt, grey pants and black Adidas shoes.

Anyone with information is encouraged to call the Lincoln Police Department at 402-441-6000.
