Council Bluffs Police are asking for help from the public in identifying a man they found at a Super 8 Motel.
Police say he is unable to communicate and officers are trying to get him home. He is between 20-30 years old, approximately five feet tall and 150 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes, with a scar next to his right eye. He is wearing a purple shirt, gray shorts and flip flops.
