Congress can take action to end the separation of children from parents who are trying to enter the U.S. illegally at the Mexican border. But Jessica Vaughn, director of policy studies at the Center for Immigration Studies, says a resolution would be expedited if the controversy wasn't at the center of political grandstanding.
