A shooting late Thursday night at a Bucky's Convenience Store left one person in critical condition Officers received the call just before midnight at 102nd and West Maple.
Police at the scene said the victim was pumping gas when three shots rang out. The victim was hit in the chest/abdomen area and was undergoing surgery.
The suspect fled in the scene in what is believed to be a small, red four-door car. Anyone with information as to what may have happened is encouraged to call Crime Stoppers at 444-STOP.
Police are interviewing witnesses and the investigation is ongoing.
