"Right to Try Law" A Step Forward for Terminally Ill

The legislature passed a bill this year that made Nebraska the 40th state to pass the "Right to Try Law" which would allow terminally ill people to get access to experimental drugs not yet approved by the FDA. But Starlee Coleman of the Goldwater Institute says that while it helps at the state level, some drug companies are hesitant to provide the trial medications until the "Right to Try Law" is passed at the federal level.
