A 22 year old woman accused in a deadly drunk driving crash pleaded guilty on Friday to a Motor Vehicle Homicide and DUI Causing Serious Bodily Injury.
The charges relate to an October 4, 2017 on Highway 50 in Sarpy County that killed 15-year-old Alexandra Linscott. She was a passenger in a car driven by her mother, 48 year old Elisa Linscott.
Authorities say Seaton drove left of the center line as it was northbound on Highway 50 and collided with a southbound car driven by Elisa Linscott. The vehicles hit nearly head-on. Seaton's blood alcohol content that night was .18, more than two times the legal limit.
Alexandra died at the scene. Elisa Linscott was critically injured and Paige Seaton suffered serious injuries. Sentencing is scheduled for June 15th.
