The Douglas County Sheriff's Department says a body found near 217th and West Center Road Friday morning is that of a woman, but investigators do not believe it's related to the Camisha Hollis disappearance.
Authorities were called to investigate a person down at a business owned by the White Lotus Group and leased to Emerald Lawns. Employees of Emerald Lawns found the body on the property outside of the building around 7:30.
Investigators say the cause of death does not appear to be natural. They have yet to determine an identity. The Sheriff’s Office is in the very early stages of the investigation and requests that anyone who may have information contact the DCSO at 444-6000.
