Douglas County law enforcement are asking for the public's help in locating a bicycle thief.
The bicycle caper begins when a man is seen on video driving into the Butler Ridge Apartments parking garage in the early morning hours of March 11th. Once in the garage, the man loads an entire bike rack, loaded with a number of bikes, into the back of his pickup truck.
Once the thief has the rack loaded up, he drives out of the garage in his Ford F-150. The truck is an older model, light colored F-150 extended cab with an amber light on the driver's side and a rust spot on the top passenger side. Authorities believe the man may have had access to a former resident's key card, which got him into the garage.
