A Papillion-La Vista South High School student has been cited for making terroristic threats. The student is accused of sending a school threat over the social media app Snapchat.
Papillion Police ticketed the student on Monday saying the threat involved a Snapchat of a weapon. Authorities say the picture has been removed from the internet.
