Yesterday, the CEO of British supermarket chain Sinasbury's, Mike Coupe, appeared on a news station to talk about the store's merger with rival chain Asda. While waiting for the interview to start he was caught on camera (and on mic) quietly singing "We're In The Money."
Coupe told ITV, in a statement, that it was "an unguarded moment trying to compose myself before a TV interview. It was an unfortunate choice of song, from the musical 42nd Street, which I saw last year and I apologize if I have offended anyone."
