Walmart Kid Puts 96-Yr-Old Song Back on Charts

A 96-YEAR-OLD COUNTRY SONG IS BACK ON THE CHARTS BECAUSE OF WALMART YODELING KID

If you want to revive something old and make it relevant-- just make it into a viral meme. The song "Lovesick Blues," which made singer Hank Williams famous in 1949, is headed back to the top of the charts thanks to a yodeling kid in Walmart that gained viral fame two weeks ago. 

Eleven-year-old Mason Ramsey yodeled the song at a Walmart in Illinois, and someone caught it on camera. Thanks to Ramsey, the song currently sits at the number 22 spot on Spotify's Global Viral 50 chart.
