Police last night released dashcam footage from Tiger Woods' DUI arrest in Florida early in the morning on Monday. In it, a dazed and disoriented Woods is seen slurring his speech and unable to follow simple instructions, keep his balance, or walk a straight line.
Jupiter police had spotted Woods' car parked on the side of the road with his engine running and found him sleeping behind the wheel. The more than 90-minute video begins with police approaching Woods' car and ends with him being brought to jail in handcuffs. He was released some four hours later.
He's acting erratically, has no alcohol in his system, and they don't think he's in the midst of a medical emergency? He's on the side of the road for an hour and a half, and then taken to jail for four hours?!?
Breath tests showed Woods hadn't been drinking, and he said in a statement later that he'd had an "unexpected reaction to prescribed medications." Woods had back surgery last month, and will be out for the rest of the PGA Tour season.
