IRS Changes Rules- They MAY Call You To Collect

For years, law enforcement and the Better Business Bureau have warned people to hang up if someone calls and says they are from the IRS to collect a debt or get personal information.  But a change in IRS rules has them using four collection contractors working to clear up old tax debts, and they may call you. Jim Hegarty, President of the Better Business Bureau of Omaha and Southwest Iowa told us more.
