The investigation in Cass County, Nebraska now continues after human remains found in Plattsmouth are officially identified.
Plattsmouth Police and the Nebraska State Patrol say the remains found in a park on October 20th are those of 29-year-old Dalton Berens.
Dalton Berens had been missing since February, 2020.
The remains were found in a heavily wooded area of Rhylander Park.
