CASS COUNTY, Nebraska - A Cass County couple is sentenced to 5 years’ probation in the death of one of their infant twin daughters.
6 News reports that Kassandra and David Krutina took a plea deal in connection to the death of the malnourished girl in September of 2018.
The autopsy showed the girl died from Rickets, a disease that causes brittle bones. Doctors say the other girl was lucky and survived malnourishment.
