All eyes turn to Thursday. A system will continue to dive in from the Pacific Northwest and bring us the next best chance for cold air and winter-like weather. Thursday morning, we will kick off the start of the day with temperatures in the upper 30s and light rain showers. Highs will reach the lower 40s then fall rapidly after 12 p.m. Rain will transition into a mix by the afternoon then snow in the evening hours. Read more here.
Temperatures continue to plummet thereafter. Friday morning readings will dip into the upper teens with linger snow showers. Highs will reach the upper 20s and clearing will take place in the afternoon. Sunday and Christmas Day morning thermometers around town will range in the lower teens with afternoon temperatures in the lower 20s.
